Error 48 Could not load file or assembly "AjaxControlToolkit, Version=3.0.30512.20315, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" or one of its dependencies. The found definition of an assembly manifest does not match the assembly reference. (Exceptions HRESULT: 0x80131040)

And what to do?

Try removing and replacing the AjaxControlToolkit files in your \bin folder as well as all of the AjaxControlToolkit resource files included in \bin\ar, \bin\cs, etc.

All of the available releases of AjaxControlToolkit are available on CodePlex:

http://ajaxcontroltoolkit.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=27326

Note - the 9/21/09 release of BeerHouseVB and BeerHouseCS both include the 20820 release of AjaxControlToolkit & your error message indicates that you are using the 30512 release. I don't know if this is an issue, or not.

Note - both of these projects include a "3rd Party" folder that includes copies of AjaxControlToolkit.

Does this mean that your problem is solved?  If so, what was the solution?

This means that the problem is not solved.
So I'm asking what to do?

I suggest that you create a new project to test your AjaxControlToolkit functionality. This will allow you to determine if the problem is specific to your BeerHouse project.

Within the following link is the way I recommend for you to test the AjaxControlToolkit in a new test project:
